Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and inside the original packaging it arrived in. The package must also include the original order information/packing slip containing the customer's order details. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at horrorbackpacks@use.startmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

The product must still be returned unused, with its original tags, inside the original packaging, and with the original order information/packing slip.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
